1. REQUIREMENTS APPLICABLE TO OUR BUSINESS
When you, acting in the capacity of consumer, purchase online you are granted certain rights pursuant to Norwegian Legislation. The consumer sales act, the e-trading act, the credit purchasing act, the marketing act, the cancellation act and the personal data act all apply to purchases from Norwegian internet shops.
2. COMPLETING AN ELECTRONIC ORDER
You may place an electronic order by following the procedure described below. An order may only be placed in the Norwegian language.
Your order will not become binding until your order and payment details have been approved and submitted by you in accordance with the final step described below. You may freely discontinue the order process at any stage prior to submitting the approved order for example by navigating to any other part of our Website. Until the order has been approved you may also freely correct any errors by selecting "Back" (it is not recommended to navigate back using the browsers functionality or the backspace key on your keyboard).
The following technical steps are involved in the conclusion of an agreement:
- You selected the desired goods and/or services in our web shop.
- You identify yourself by submitting accurate personal data or through username or password if you have such,
- You read and accept our terms of delivery.
- You choose the payment method.
- You are presented with a summary of your order, including a description of the products, your delivery address, the total amount payable (included VAT and shipping) and estimated time of delivery.
- You approve and submit the order to us (at this time the order becomes binding and cannot be amended).
- If you have chosen to pay electronically you will be asked to submit payment details to us or the chosen payment operator.
We will send an automatic order confirmation and our delivery terms and conditions to your e-mail address immediately after receiving your order.
3. ORDER ARCHIVE
Your order will normally be kept in our systems up to 6 months after the delivery. A copy of the order may be submitted to you upon a written request.
4. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
The Consumer Purchases Cancellation Act may allow you to cancel your purchases. Goods or services purchased by an electronic order from our Website are generally subject to the cancellation rights described below. However, there is no cancellation right for:
- perishable goods or goods which due to their characteristics are not returnable after delivery.
- sealed computer programs, audio or video content after the seal has been broken.
In order to exercise the cancellation right, the product must be delivered to us in virtually the same quantity and condition as received by you.
To exercise the cancellation right you must notify us within 14 days of delivery (cancellation period).
The cancellation period for goods manufactured or adapted specifically for you is calculated from the time of receipt of the cancellation right form described below (irrespective of the time of delivery of the final product). Manufacturing or adaptation of the goods may be initiated prior to the expiration of the cancellation period with the effect that you upon exercising the cancellation right will be obliged to pay for completed work and materials.
If you do not receive a cancellation rights form the cancellation period is extended to three months.
All products must be returned to us within reasonable time. You are solely responsible for any return costs.
We are obliged to reimburse your postage expenses for the shipment sent to you, handling fee, customs duties, cash on delivery fee etc.
Repayment will be made within fourteen days after we receive the product or the product is placed at our disposal.
